If you need a labor driven changeover then we typically need to know what needs to get done, what the availability is for the job to be done, and where the Telecom room is to do the job. If it takes more than labor, we'll need to quote you the cost of materials and labor before we begin.

If you need an equipment driven project done like a cutover migration to a new system, we'll work with you from day one to determine the best system for you. Once we pre-field the job and quote you the equipment, labor, and materials we can begin doing the preliminary work to prepare for the cutover when it best suits your business' work schedule. We'll typically need listouts of your current system, your budget, and to acquire the equipment, etc. Then we confirm the migration's requirements with you and proceed to cutting over the new system.

Typically, we provide a consultation to determine whether your scope of work fits our rough estimate. If it doesn't we modify it to meet the needs you require. Our official price estimates are good for 30 days but the price of the job may exceed the quoted price if unexpected issues arise or if you modify your needs.
