Who We Are?

Professional Convergence Solutions, Inc was formed in the last two decades by a Telecommunication Engineer, named Kie Ha. Kie started working with multiple voice PBX product lines since the early 1980s. In the 1990s, Kie worked for GTE/VERIZON as a Design engineer for the Nortel product lines such as Meridian platform, Opt 51, 61, 81, Companion, Symposium, etc. After he left Verizon during the tech boom at the turn of the 21st century he continued building a network within the telecommunications industry as a contractor. His coverage for support was primarily the West Coast of the United States.

Kie was the engineer assigned to the Excalibur, Peppermill, Hilton Reno, LUXOR, Holiday Inn, MGM, and the Hyatt. Procsinc also serviced City of San Diego, UC Davis Medical Center, City of Concord, Walnut Creek, Dublin, Antioch and many other large NEC customer bases. He is certified to work on multiple PBX product lines spanning many different telecom companies in the industry. Kie is first and foremost a certified NEC dealer but is also highly experienced in the MITEL product lines such as the SX platform, and many applications with Bay network data products, MICOM etc. Kie began doing business as Procsinc in 2000 but officially incorporated in 2003. Procsinc has been in business for over 20 years and continues to grow to meet the standards of the Telecom industry.
